I’m heartbroken as much of Australia has been reduced to ashes... The catastrophic bushfires have been burning across Australia since September... More than 8.5 million hectares have been burned. That’s more than the Amazon and Californian fires combined... It’s been estimated that half a billion animals have been killed just in New South Wales. The full impact on the environment and wildlife would not be known until more assessments are done as fire grounds are still not yet accessible. And it’s not over yet. |
